The hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional cleanliness and amazing facilities, including a jacuzzi that was perfect for relaxing. The staff was also top-notch, always available and accommodating to guests' requests. Plus, the location, surrounded by beautiful forests and mineral water springs, was simply breathtaking. Finally, the breakfast was outstanding with a delicious selection of freshly made local products.
Everything is what I need and want.

Absolutely loved the peaceful ambiance of this cozy hotel surrounded by lush greenery. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh local ingredients, and the location was convenient for exploring the nearby trails and attractions. The terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding area, and we loved spending our evenings there, sipping drinks and enjoying the sunset.
That the communication in English was a little difficult, which led to a small misunderstanding during payment. However, the staff made sure to clarify everything and were apologetic for any inconvenience caused.

Comfy bed and nice pillow. Beautiful view out of the window and really clean rooms. the bathrobes and slippers were an unexpected treat. the location was perfect with easy access to the ski slopes, which was great for when we had some free time. the breakfast options were more than satisfactory.
The staff could have been more professional and attentive to the guests. Communication was a bit difficult due to their lack of English skills.
